Brunner, Napoleon, will be
Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at
11:00 AM at St. Philip Neri Catho-lic
Church, Napoleon. Burial will
be at St. Philip Neri Catholic Cem-etery,
Napoleon.
Irene Roehrich, daughter of Jo-seph
and Barbara (Voeller) Roeh-rich
was born April 25,1933 in the
St. Anthony area south of Napo-leon.
Irene grew up and attended
school in the Napoleon area and
graduated from Napoleon High
School in 1951.
Irene was united in marriage to
Jim Brunner on October 30, 1951
at Jamestown. They made their
home in the Napoleon area and
farmed on the family farm. They
retired and moved into Napoleon
in 1982. Jim passed away June
6, 2007. Irene was the director of
the Modern Woodmen of America
Club for many years. She also did
volunteer work for numerous or-ganizations.
Irene passed away February 9,
2016 at the Napoleon Care Center,
Napoleon. She was 82 years old.
Irene is survived by three sons,
Richard (Carolyn) Brunner, Bis-marck;
Joey (Carol) Brunner, Na-poleon,
and Tom (Terri) Brunner,
Napoleon; three daughters, Irene
Skramstad, St. Paul, MN; Joan
Brunner, Bismarck, and Carol
Kautz (Doug Linder), Aberdeen,
SD; 10 grandchildren; seven
great-grandchildren and one sister,
Phyllis Johnson, Napoleon.
She is preceded in death by her
husband, Jim, son, David, her par-ents,
three brothers and six sisters.
